sudo apt-get install ros-noetic-rosserial-arduino
sudo apt-get install ros-noetic-rosserial
And then:
cd <ws>/src
git clone https://github.com/ros-drivers/rosserial.git
cd <ws>
catkin_make
catkin_make install
Launch receiver in Raspberry Pi:
rosrun rosserial_python serial_node.py /dev/ttyUSB0 57600
